Description

Day 15 Great Blue Heron

These birds give me some ideas on how to add plumes to a dinosaur. I love sitting at the campus pond and feeding the fish to bring the heron close for watching, it's more than happy to come close if it doesn't have to work at fishing!. These were from photos but I look forward to seeing my feathered friends again soon.

Beautiful sketches, I like the movement in them, especially in the one that is about to take off.  I like the idea of using living birds to inspire dinosaur designs.
